Cocktails & Hors D’oeuvres

Menu Selections

Cocktails and beverages may be catered to your specific needs or requests. All functions with 65 or more guests require a beverage station to be set up, whether you plan for a cash bar, open bar or a limited bar. We recommend that a minimum selection of 2 hors d’oeuvres be chosen for any event. This allows for your guests to have a variety based upon their likes and dislikes or if there are any allergy constraints. We highly recommend the use of hors d’oeuvres for your guests while wedding pictures are being taken. The amount of hors d’oeuvres that will be prepared and charged for will be based upon your final head count given.

Other hot and cold items are available upon request. You may change the stationed hors d’oeuvres to passed hors d’oeuvres for a $100.00 fee.

Bar Accommodations

All beverages are charged upon consumption. You will pay for what your guests order.

For groups of 65 or more a bar setup is required whether it is cash or open.

Cash Bartender Fee

Applied if the bar you choose to offer is a cash bar. A fee of $75.00 is charged for the 4 hour time period. If additional time is purchased, a $50.00 fee is added for each additional hour.
